-Some great individuals. -Happy hour every Friday. -Promotes drinking culture if that is something you're into.
Cons
-The approval process is completely insane, sometimes taking years to get sign off for the simplest things. This ultimately creates a lack of motivation in the job. -Turnover rate is high and layoffs are fairly frequent. This does nothing to create confidence in the work place. -It's common for upper management including the CEO himself to bring you in, unplanned and on the spot, and either ridicule or praise you. He's made several employees cry. -As mentioned previously, this place is overdue for a lawsuit. -There's a simple lack of procedure for even the most basic and simple business concepts. By the time there is sign off, the method or concept is outdated. -If you do dare to question upper management and the CEO with an idea that's fairly reasonable/profitable, be prepared to lose your job for it. -Does little to nothing to prepare you for another career opportunity where things actually run smoothly and are profitable.
