Pros
RECARO is a very well managed company which has been in the business for many years. The upper management and the whole company really feels the brand values which helps us to pull in the same direction. While keeping its financial and operation targets RECARO also really puts a lot of attention and effort in making sure their employees are well and have everything they need. I can say i have hardly seen another company which is more employee oriented than RECARO. Even in the toughest crisis in aviation the company really made an effort to keep the team together as they acknowledge having a successful team is the key to success once the crisis is over and RECARO comes out of it in a much stronger position. The interaction with the different teams around the globe (US, China, Poland, Germany) gives us a great multicultural experience. The collaboration with different RECARO teams is great and it really shows how well printed the RECARO heritage and value is in all of us.
Cons
Company could be a bit more aggressive and proactive in regards to the products offerings. It seems many times the company is waiting for the perfect chance which might never come.
