Good place to start your career but would not suggest growing in the organization unless you plan to sacrifice your time and family.
Cons
Management to management relationship at times borders on abusive. This can be seen in multiple levels and and multiple functions of the organization. Work-life balance for those and Manufacturing a myth. You will not be able to use the four weeks of vacation the company gives you walking through the door. Expect to work 6 days a week and to be available 7 days a week even up through higher positions of manufacturing management.
