      Good environment to be pushed mentally if you have the stomach to undertake challenging projects mainly revolving around production efficiency and supply chain etc

      Cons

      Some of the downsides at RB were a mixed morale among staff to see through process improvement initiatives, or a neglect of shop floor workers well being
