Pros
Great company. Real responsibility, highly commercial cross functional teams. Learn so much every day surrounded by top people. Great pay when add in the bonus multiplier. Real team spirit. Every day is different. 'Go getters' get recognised early and progress rapidly in country and in CHQ. Not for the faint hearted. Direct culture (not always a bad thing). Need to be at it every day, it's relentless (again not a bad thing!)

.Long hours. Lack of structured development path. Turnover is high which leads to a lack of continuity. Poor systems
