Toxic work environment with high chances of middle and top management hurling slangs, humiliation and insults in public forum. • No basic standard for distributor management, unorganized and manual reporting, no initiatives on fixing existing issues. • No respect earned at rural/main distributor level. • Impossible/unattainable ambitions from management. Ambitions and market reality do not match especially in smaller contributing markets. • Brute forcing profits rather than developing them. • Nepotism.
