There is little to no actual training, it’s supposed to be OTJ but that depends on how much the person you shadow actually trains you. You won’t have an actual schedule at first. One week you may come in at 6 am the next you come in at 2am and the week after that you come in at 4am, you never get acclimated to a schedule.
