Pros

Consistent work schedule, easy bus commute. annual bonuses. Employee owned. Good mission vision and values.

Cons

Poor upper management who seems disinterested in solving years of internal issues. Very difficult job with upset customers, internal delays on collection, bad billing processes. No upward mobility. Relatively low pay for the emotional stress caused by the job. Upper management cherry picks the same 3 employees for promotional rather than looking at the how the whole group can grow. Upper management is rude to the call center and treats as if they are replaceable.

Pros

Supportive coworkers, good employee owned company with opportunities to be promoted from within. Just have to put in your time and provide solid work results via leadership qualities and strong KPI performance.

Cons

Tough Union environment to work in, and management structure is a little chaotic and inconsistent. Need to be very flexible, because policy changes happen quickly and often.
