The pros with this job are that your paycheck is steady. 40 hours per week guaranteed.
Cons
The pay is minimal. Hard to move up. Lack enough employees to reach the company's goals of 40% recovery. Sortline has enough room for 18 people at a time yet 2 crews have only been working with approximately 8 people or if a couple people call off the line is screwed you have everybody doing the work of 3 people without any additional compensation.
