      Pros

      Great pay and benefits and union and overall a great environment to work in and the you're not stuck indoors all day

      Cons

      At times we can be under staffed which causes drivers to be stressed out and at times that can lead to accident's.

      Pros

      Supportive coworkers, good employee owned company with opportunities to be promoted from within. Just have to put in your time and provide solid work results via leadership qualities and strong KPI performance.

      Cons

      Tough Union environment to work in, and management structure is a little chaotic and inconsistent. Need to be very flexible, because policy changes happen quickly and often.
