Pros
-The company is full of super smart people so I always feel like I am learning something new -The consulting team truly feels like a TEAM. It seems like every one is willing to share best practices and tips with other consultants to ensure their respective clients are happy and are thriving -In my experience, managers are not overbearing and don't micromanage -There is a wide range of expertise and skill sets across the consulting team (tech/coding expertise, hands-on CTI, former government NatSec or Intelligence experience, etc.). IMO, this is a significant factor in the collaborative, team-focused environment. -Really fun culture with opportunities to travel if that is of interest to you
Cons
-While the pay is OK, the base salary could be higher compared to some other cyber/threat intelligence firms. With that being said, it seems like the promotion cycle is fair and attainable if you put the work in. -Consultant bonuses are tied directly to the Sales team's numbers, despite us not having any "Sales" role outside of identifying leads or potential upsell opportunities. Kind of frustrating since it ties a good portion of our additional comp to the performance of a separate org within the company. -The product itself is solid but is also lacking in a few key features that would make it truly stand out. The product development pipeline is pretty quick, but the company would likely benefit from having more of the dev staff spread out across different countries as opposed to mainly in Sweden.
