Expectations are completely unattainable and change based on how poorly the company is performing which is not sustainable and causes turnover to be extremely high. Lack of experienced/trained leadership at every level, zero support in terms of enablement, unpredictable disrespect from management, no clarity on decisions made, constant battles between teams, massive gap between what the C-level team is pushing and what is actually happening in the field, communication across the organization is non-existent, unlimited PTO that is only approved if you're 'doing well,' constant internal promotions and then demotions based on leadership making rash decisions, no loyalty to top performing employees, etc. The product is extremely overpriced making it impossible for security teams to purchase, constant chaos on the customer management teams have caused steep churn rate, product releases announced early with no enablement, and total lack of direction for the company. This is not a company worth joining unless you are looking for something temporary.
