Helping patients get stronger and more independent with creative treatments, seeing big results/success New technology Longer treatment sessions and consistent caseload Room to grow and opportunities to learn Collaborative interdisciplinary team (nursing, case management, life skills)

Big therapy team, not everyone gets along Discharges can be limited by discharge plans/support Some building admin members seem to favor some departments over others Benefits could be better, health insurance is costly
