Pros
They are now owned by Genesis Healthcare, which is making improvements to the building and to the employee benefits. Their staff is friendly, happy to be at work, and helpful. The pay is decent, and since I have been here they have promoted several internal people before looking to hire externally. The managers aren't afraid to jump in and help on the floor or even the kitchen if needed.
Cons
There are a lot of changes happening with the new ownership. They still use paper charting, but will be going to PCC over the summer. The weekend staffing needs improvement, the call in policy is very lax, and the weekenders take advantage of that.
