Pros

- Some consultants are very strong - Our new office is nice. The kitchen is big and bright. Location is good and many nearby amenities.

Cons

- Very political - Widespread sexual harassment happening at management level. - Everyone perceived as a flight risk will get a promotion as a retention strategy. No clear path for promotion. - The management team writes fake positive reviews on Glassdoor under "CDS" (previous company name) to prop up their tarnished public image, which is not fair to external jobseekers. - The company has become the laughing stock of the industry

Pros

Recruit owns a lot of companies.

Cons

Short sighted policies for working remote. They restrict how people to work outside their market for absolutely no good reason. Some lawyer or penny pincher ruined an important part of our culture. Maybe spend your energy dealing with your horrible burocracy instead of nit picking which state I get a screen migraine in while making you money.
