Pros
You get to pick your favourite seat. There are plenty due to high attrition.
Cons
A "management team" made up of charlatans. The company is rife with confidentiality leaks from the leaders who have been trusted to safeguard this information. Senior members of the team are unprofessional and infantile, with zero respect for colleagues, behaving in ways more befitting of a young child. Serious issues are constantly swept under the carpet, it's amazing that no one trips on the carpet going in. Toxic culture, expect bad behavior to be rewarded and celebrated and rule books to be tossed out of the window. Attrition has skyrocketed in the last one year and it's no wonder, as no one enjoys working in a nest of snakes. Constant charade of a being a big recruitment firm, but still lacks the resources and tools that big players have. Basically operating with a provincial mindset with every team guarding their own village well and no real interest in team work.
