Pros

The new office is absolutely amazing.

Cons

-HUGE problems with management in 2018 that resulted in some good Directors leaving the company. They were replaced with terrible directors who ONLY push KPIs. -Most consultants are so angry. They will fight with you and use profanity when you stumble upon a client they might have engaged many years ago. -The starting salary is among the lowest in the industry (I guess it all went to the rent of the building) -Highly Political -Sexual harassment is rampant in this company. AVOID at all cost!

Recruit owns a lot of companies.

Cons

Short sighted policies for working remote. They restrict how people to work outside their market for absolutely no good reason. Some lawyer or penny pincher ruined an important part of our culture. Maybe spend your energy dealing with your horrible burocracy instead of nit picking which state I get a screen migraine in while making you money.
