      Free Lunch Breakfast Snack Barista onsite in main building

      Management is incompentent because many of them have only worked at Red Bull and have no industry experience. Micromanagement mindset is the leadership style of choice. Individual Contributors receive positive performance reviews only if they are liked. If they aren't like Sr. Management will advise to manage the IC out of the organization.
