Good benefits hat’s really the only positive. Weekends OFF Holidays off

Cons

HR and management use politics and favoritism to excuse poor work ethic and accountability. Managers don’t know how to lead or manage time effectively, and they play favorites instead of supporting the whole team. There’s clear unequal treatment — some employees get better opportunities or leniency based on who they are or how they look. Bullying and harassment are often ignored or brushed aside, especially when complaints involve certain managers. HR doesn’t take employee concerns seriously and tends to protect leadership rather than the staff. Overall, the environment is toxic and lacks fairness or respect.

- Political environment where the best ideas generally don't win - As the company has grown, it's become more bureacratic and corporate, causing slower internal decision cycles, misaligned incentives between teams, and ultimately a loss in entrepreneurial spirit
