      Interesting company, really passionate for their products. You get to learn a lot since it is a relatively small company.

      Cons

      Because it is a relatively small company it is difficult to grow into other positions, plus hr processes sometimes seem a bit subjective.

      Good people, good benefits, good company brand

      Cons

      No work life balance, mis-labeling of pay scale as commissions when is actually bonus structured. Have to earn the overtime you are forced to work.
