      - sometimes under trainded managers - flat organistaion, really hard to be promoted and have interesting career prospect

      Good people, good benefits, good company brand

      Cons

      No work life balance, mis-labeling of pay scale as commissions when is actually bonus structured. Have to earn the overtime you are forced to work.
