Pros

Paid travel all over the US Some really good Sales Reps and District Managers that work very hard.

Cons

Very long hours, early start time upper Mangement has unrealistic expectations for growth in a market that is saturated with new brands that are more innovative. They claim to put employees first but rarely do and they pay their front line driver sales team and District Managers poorly. Upper Management are a good ol boys club.

Pros

- Plenty of autonomy over work - Great culture, coworkers, and benefits - Generous work-life balance

Cons

- Political environment where the best ideas generally don't win - As the company has grown, it's become more bureacratic and corporate, causing slower internal decision cycles, misaligned incentives between teams, and ultimately a loss in entrepreneurial spirit
