      Pros

      Plenty of overtime if you so desire, no one looking over your shoulder, decent pay.

      Cons

      Long days, poor work/life balance, management is constantly changing. They tell you what they need you to hear instead of the truth. They act like the company is wonderful and a family, but its actually dysfunctional.

      -great networking -looks great on a resume -you get to participate in large scale events -freedom to operate without a supervisor breathing down your neck

      Cons

      -paychecks can be inconsistent with wages being pushed onto the next paycheck -expect you to expense stuff like parking and gas at times
