      No Strategies in place to move the business forward No diversity in leadership If you come into the company, your ideas or strengths are not valuable unless you do it the "Red Bull" way Customer's are not valued at all Brand Diversity isn't a thing. Really 1 sugar free option?

      -great networking -looks great on a resume -you get to participate in large scale events -freedom to operate without a supervisor breathing down your neck

      Cons

      -paychecks can be inconsistent with wages being pushed onto the next paycheck -expect you to expense stuff like parking and gas at times
