      Good health benefits and wirk environment

      Cons

      bad management and horrible ladder up. They promote baser off friendships then they do work performance. Very contradicting and lie about taking care of you for bonuses. Force you to dump on accounts after you hit bonus so they can touch there commission but following month they don’t take care if you like they say.

      Cool culture, free snacks and drinks

      Cons

      Very very long hours. 12 hour plus. Pay at around 60 grand. Tons of back and forth. This job isn’t worth it. I can’t stress enough how long the days are with this place. It’s crazy. If it was hourly pay, maybe it would be worth it. You make the most money in training then it drastically drops off.
