      Engaging, lots of non-monetary benefits, flexible, enjoyable. Takes you to events all over the country and helps you to meet lots of interesting people.

      Cons

      Slightly disorganised, managers are very varied and you don’t always get a say in plans/ things don’t work the way they say often.

      Good people, good benefits, good company brand

      Cons

      No work life balance, mis-labeling of pay scale as commissions when is actually bonus structured. Have to earn the overtime you are forced to work.
