Pros
Excellent culture, best team I have worked with. Incredibly Supportive. Everyone takes their work seriously, but not themselves.
Cons
Not particularly for me, but some people worked far too many hours in order to achieve targets. Significantly affecting work life balance and causing burnout. If I had experienced this personally, I would give a lower rating.
