      -Flexible Schedules -Many state-wide events with travel/food paid for as well as access to the event outside working hours -Great work culture both with the Wings team and other branches within the company

      -Lots of driving can be involved -Hours for large events can sometimes be very early/very late

      -great networking -looks great on a resume -you get to participate in large scale events -freedom to operate without a supervisor breathing down your neck

      Cons

      -paychecks can be inconsistent with wages being pushed onto the next paycheck -expect you to expense stuff like parking and gas at times
