Executive Ruining Company and other reasons this place is not a good place to work - Sales Red Classic Employee Review

One of the current VPs is literally the worst boss I’ve ever worked for. This person doesn’t know the industry because they were hired from the parent company and their skills do not translate at all over. This particular VP is mean and things have not been worse since this person started working here. Company has gone completely downhill with a mass exodus of employees. This VP does not have the respect or support of the entire staff and many ask everyday why this VP still has a job as their metrics never measure up and company is in a worse position each year. This VP has no clue what they are doing and only has job being they are friends with the president of the company. This VP doesn’t listen to employees and thinks their way is best even though performance of company shows otherwise. The VP only hires people from the parent company to get friends in the positions and has fired others below them and placed the blame on these employees. There is also a huge probably with people being touched in the office without consent from the other person. There has been touching employees arms,shoulders, backs and it is not professional in the workplace at all. Some of the employees can’t report because it is a manger above them and they might fear being fired or treated differently in response.
