Pros
Overall, still more freedom to be creative and take risks than a lot of other places. Competitive pay. Pretty good work-life balance, depending on the manager.
Cons
Yearly or even more often reorgs are destabilizing and demoralizing. Promotions and raises increasingly difficult to come by. Erosion of the open, egalitarian culture. Management is less interested in feedback from boots on the ground and isn't afraid to let you know. Percentage of women in tech sales is dramatically lower than even industry average, which is already poor.
