Pros
Red Hat is a wonderful place to work. Leadership values individual and group contributions, and you are given freedom to "choose your own path", to a degree, with management sponsorship and support. Ultimately, this is a place that values doing the right thing for the customer, first and foremost.
Cons
Red Hat is growing at a rapid rate. They have growing pains, and not all are easily addressable. Culture can be intimidating.
