Negative leadership changes - Anonymous employee Red Hat Employee Review

Recent leadership changes, unresponsive managers, some socially inapt. It used to be a great company to work for, not much left of Freedom, Courage, Accountability. After nearly ten years at the company I had to chase a work reference that had been promised to me. My manager ignored all emails, only HR helped (had to basically write my own reference), but no apology, explanation or response by manager. Appalling behaviour.
