Pros
Seemed like a great company overall, except for the existence of the team that I was on being a huge mark against them
Cons
- Team constantly informed me that they had no time for me and I was on my own as a new employee dealing with customers - Asked me to show something off to customers that didn't work, blamed me even though it was shown to not work - Ignored reports of bugs and security holes that affected customers - Ignored customer complaints - Violated policies when it favored my boss and asked me to keep quiet about it - Stuck to policies when it was in boss' favor to do so - Boss' bad ideas were no longer his if something went wrong
