Pros
Coworkers, flexibility, senior management is approachable, good benefits, internal mobility
Cons
Immediate managers were horrible and incompetent and played favorites, Sales was a good ol boys club, company was still small enough that everyone knew everyone else's business (although environment was getting more corporate that this was reduced when I left) If the bad manager component was taken out, Red Hat would be a great employer to work for. However, since I had to deal w/ my manager daily all day, the bad manager factor eventually overcame all of the other benefits.
