      Culture is open. Benefits are great. Salaries are great for new hires and if you have the right hiring manager. Collaboration is the mantra. Meritocracy.

      Cons

      Collaboration can cause lack of action. Fear of losing culture causes poor decision making in some functions. Salaries for long-timers need to be re-evaluated.
