Pros
In the last one year I met some of the best talented engineers. There is a lot of learning opportunities. No work timings. You get to choose your own work time. As long as you complete your work nobody cares. People are very supportive and there is lot of fun besides work. Managers are super nice. You get rewarded for your performance and you don’t have to ask for it.
Cons
The pay can be a bit better given the similar work in other companies. Initial some months can be overwhelming, although people are always there to help you but you get to ask first. This is a pro and con at the same time.
