The generalist hr team at red hat Mumbai is just so u helpful , just can't understand the work they do . I see them coming at 11:30 am everyday gossiping and discussing about their kids then leaving office at 5pm. Even a small task of issuing letter of address proof or for visa purpose takes so many days . The whole culture has become so unhealthy and political . They are heavily biast and just go with what the new md of India sales say . They just talk bad about anyone and everyone in the office . If you approach them with a problem they give such bad looks and for days they Wil treat you as an estranged employee .
