Awesome management, excellent work life balance and high expectations. Absolutely LOVED my role here, my team and my boss. They expect a lot and will treat you right if you are a hard worker and honest employee.

I resigned after a change in CSuite leadership (CEO, President of our Department etc), and other layoffs I felt changes were coming and wanted to get ahead of those. I resigned however loved working for Red River and would work for them again if the opportunity presented itself. True professionals.

-Micro managing -Soul-Less company after private equity take over - PTO Sucks (3 weeks - Vacation, Sick days all included) - work you like a hamster on a wheel - You are just a number - No salary growth (In fact, no raise since I started working here, same with others) - Executives drive expensive cars, and take all the profits for themselves (no profit sharing)
