Pros

The benefits are good. The people there are good and care about each other. Sales know how to push products but not solutions.

Cons

Investments are only made within the sales organization. Tools and processes are archaic. Business data is difficult to get to assist with business decisions. A lot of manual processes which takes away from serving the customer. The company has clearly outgrown some various leaders in the C-Suite but they are still at the company. Sales doesn't lead with selling solutions. They lead with what the customer wants and rarely say no or do not quantify deals effectively. CTO is on its 3rd leader in a few years with no vision or strategy successfully implemented.

Thank you for leaving your feedback, we appreciate feedback in all forms. We were glad to hear that you appreciated our benefits and people on our team. We recognize, as a company, we have gone through a lot of change in the past year. This can be hard for people and organizations however, we feel these are positive changes that are helping to drive the strategy that has been defined by Red River. We also work to balance that with the realization that transformation doesn’t happen overnight, and shouldn’t in order to ensure we are caring for our people and the company. If you would like to voice any further concerns, you can certainly reach out to our HR team. We are open to listening and discussing.

Pros

Awesome management, excellent work life balance and high expectations. Absolutely LOVED my role here, my team and my boss. They expect a lot and will treat you right if you are a hard worker and honest employee.

Cons

I resigned after a change in CSuite leadership (CEO, President of our Department etc), and other layoffs I felt changes were coming and wanted to get ahead of those. I resigned however loved working for Red River and would work for them again if the opportunity presented itself. True professionals.
