We acknowledge that there is a learning curve with every job. With a new position, there will naturally be questions and learning on the job. As you mentioned, documentation can be very helpful in this start up phase, and we do emphasize to our teams to keep documentation of standard operating procedures. We are sorry to hear that you feel this was not the case in your experience. We will continue to emphasize this point to our teams.
In regards to management, we provide manager training to ensure everyone is starting with a solid foundation, however, each manager’s style of leadership can differ. We encourage all our team members to communicate with their managers to ensure expectations are matching up, as well as getting answers to any questions they may have in regards to documentation and onboarding.
