      -Potential to make alot of money -Fun/laid back environment -You can wear whatever you want -Lots of contests and prizes

      Cons

      -Unfair attendance policy -Glass ceiling (not many opportunities to advance) -Have to sale your soul to the devil to get a desired schedule -A bunch of idiots in management -They cut lunches too much -Too many chiefs and not enough indians - Not that many minorities in high positions

      Fun work environment Early trust with meaningful work Autonomous

      Cons

      Lot of Pressure within 1 year If 1 person leaves the team all the work gets split amongst the team and we have to wait til the next cycle to alleviate that work
