      Pros

      Great money if you are a top performer and are willing to sacrifice all of your time. Learned a lot about selling over the phone.

      Cons

      No matter how well you perform if you make a mistake or 2 you will be fired even if you win awards,work voluntary over time on your scheduled days off or make the company tons of money. You are a nameless,faceless body with a headset plain and simple.

      Fun work environment Early trust with meaningful work Autonomous

      Cons

      Lot of Pressure within 1 year If 1 person leaves the team all the work gets split amongst the team and we have to wait til the next cycle to alleviate that work
