      Great office space and lots of parking.

      Worst experience ever! A lot of young, inexperienced people in “management.” Lack skill set and life experiences required to effectively manage people.

      Fun work environment Early trust with meaningful work Autonomous

      Cons

      Lot of Pressure within 1 year If 1 person leaves the team all the work gets split amongst the team and we have to wait til the next cycle to alleviate that work
