Pros
* Kool-aid in the form of all hands meetings where the CEO brags about how much money we make. * A lot of the developers here are nice and helpful, but move into the business side, it's a bull session.
Cons
No raises even though we are making a boat load of cash via the CEO talking points Their idea of product is throwing a new grad from UNC on a project. No research, planning, requirement gathering. Poor senior leadership, changes directions every three months. Some of the VP folks can barely put together metrics or stats to present an idea. Tech stack recommended by cto is go and nodejs. But they can't hire go devs to save their life.
