Pros
Trips instead of decent pay! Is that a pro?
Cons
Turnover of about 20%/month. Yes, that is per month, not year as you may have assumed. They talk about how they are always hiring, but you have to constantly hire to when 20% of your staff quits or gets fired each month. Makes interviewing about 50% of your job, even though it may not be in your "Marketing" job title. They'll tell you again and again how great they are and how lucky you are to be there, like if they tell you enough, you and everyone else will believe it. They'll mask a 4:30 Friday meeting by providing beer. Really just a way to ensure no one skates out before 6:00 on a Friday. Fun trip once a year if you're not a sales center employee. Too bad it's in place of decent compensation. First bit of advice I got from a corp exec was to fire someone. This was the first day I started, and it set the stage for my perception of the company from there on out. Apparently they firmly believe in management through fear, and it comes from the top. Sound like a a place you want to spend 1/2 of your waking life?
