Pros
The atmosphere is fun and everyone gets to play music while they sit in their cubicle. It seems like there are a lot of trips and incentives to working hard at RV. They play up their new, fancy building with a (tiny) workout room and a full sized basketball court.
Cons
This is a job, not a career path. If you want to work hard to make some money for a couple years, this may be the place for you. They pay you very little hourly wage during your training process, so hope you have some money saved in the bank to get you through those weeks. Some departments look okay, some had guys with backwards baseball caps on throwing the football around. Not exactly an inspiring place to excel your career.
