Pros
- you can gain a lot of experience - worked with some very smart people - lots of opportunity to learn and grow especially if you are starting your career
Cons
- depending on the department or your manager.....mothers are not supported - HR department is not helpful (they are looking out for the company, tons of inconsistencies, favoritism, and worst of all when being assertive of my rights under FMLA put a target on my back and there was unkind and being shady backed up by my lawyer)
