Pros

-Cafeteria and restaurant are good -amenities are nice, but only if you're part of the corporate frat house you can use, otherwise it is only for shows.

Cons

-Horrible Pay -When you achieve something great (sales people on the phone sweat shop floor), they change the compensation plan and find any reason to can you -corporate side is nothing but a frat house, and if you don't belong to the club, you're either out or not going anywhere -promotions are only received according to who you know -cut throat mentality. Your integrity is worth nothing, if it exposes or prejudices someone that is doing wrong. They'll go to their buddies and will make you quit - At RV you just don't get fired, they will demote you all the way to the bottom of the chain, and then doctor the digital recordings to make sure you missed a mandatory script, so you're out -desperate because real professionals won't work there, they're new hunting grounds are recent high school grads. -every time ROI needs to be paid out to international investors, a massive flush of people are ejected from the company -the company only shuts down on christmas day, all other holidays don't exist -when you achieve something good, all you get is a "pizza" party (or equivalent depending which building you belong to)
