Pros

RV will teach you how to sell, flat out! Gym, food discounts and incentivized bonus items like Visa cards are nice. Pay was good as long as a coworker once told me, "you mislead the customer in the proper way."

Cons

As a phone agent I steadily progressed from one division to the next and eventually promoted to what most agents consider the top selling/commission division in the company. I was no flash in the pan having been on the phones for over two years. Then as had happened to others during my tenure I was pulled into a room one day after making yet another killer sale for the company. They started to quiz me about a call I sold months ago. Of course I really didn't remember it since you know, WE MAKE 100+ DAILY CALLS. Next thing I knew I was told to go home as I dispositioned the call incorrectly and then let go the next day. While I was stunned at this turn of events at least my earnings would be paid out or RV would have had a wrongful termination suit on it's hands. Bottom line ALWAYS WATCH YOUR BACK!
