Politically biased and dramatic. Employee meetings have become more about politics, gun control, vaccinations, immigration, anti-religion than the company itself. Proving your alignment is becoming a condition of employment (the DEI is shallow). Experienced external hires often don't do well - outsider looking in Compensation often below market
